Exchange and Return Policies

PARCHITA PACIFLORA SA wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

This is why, for purchases in Colombia, we offer you the option to exchange your item(s) at any of our stores nationwide. If your purchase was made online, you can contact us via WhatsApp to arrange your exchange. For international purchases, no exchanges or returns are accepted.

The estimated return period for exchanges is 30 calendar days. If you purchased one of our handbags, purses, or crossbody bags, you have up to 6 months to request a warranty, and for footwear, the warranty period is 3 months.

Items eligible for exchange or return must have all tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as shipped, along with their original packaging and box. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


Items are returned to Parchita after 30 calendar days from the delivery date at the indicated address (based on the delivery date provided by the shipping company as proof), we will return the items to the customer and the customer will be responsible for all additional costs incurred for their return transportation.

Any product purchased at a discount is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
